These are the issues that were raised during the drop-in session.
1. An Educator / Manager doesn't appear in learner's list so they can request final sign off.
If no Educator / Manager shows for a learner to request final sign off then the Educator / Manager needs to add the individual to their staff list first.

N.B. If the learner adds the Educator / Manager it will only add them in as Assessor capacity.
2. Signed off optional proficiency disappearing when an additional optional proficiencies added (IV Therapy Passport).
This has been confirmed as a bug, that had already been identified by our testers during routine testing. A fix for this was implemented in the release on 05/03/25.
3. Categories - supervisors can sign off all passports, but learners promoted to supervisors can only sign off registered frameworks.
This is new system functionality and in particular we didn't recognise this route of adding permissions when doing this first phase of development. This is the current system default. We will consider what changes/improvements can be made in this area when we make further developments to this functionality.
4. Someone has moved to my centre who has completed the passport, how do I see them at my centre so we can add an educator/manager for them?
The learner needs to add a new centre under My account.

It isn't possible to view the self-assessment exactly the same as the learner will, however there are different ways to check on their progress.
- Via the Supervise function and My Staff list
- Via the Tracking System and Delegate activities. This shows all the supervisors listed for an individual

6. How to produce Trust-wide reports
These can be viewed in the Tracking System > Centre dashboard > Self assessment reports.

In future there will be further in-depth reporting via our Tableau dashboards. We will provide more information on how to use these once they are available for use.
7. Does NICU use the platform?
If they are within the Trust then it is up to the Trust to decide if they want to use it, technically it is possible. If you are looking to implement a new Framework then it would be worthwhile making contact with the framework owner; they will be able to assist with any clinical or implementation queries.
8. Staff are not able to select the correct unit/ward when registering.
This is managed by adding additional options or questions to your registration prompts. It is advisable to always include the option of other to accommodate staff using other areas of the platform.

9. Core competencies being marked as "achieved" with a green background, while optional competencies are marked as "achieved" with a white background.
This is the system design.
10. A learner has managed to obtain final sign off without completing the First assessment outcome on a proficiency (IV Therapy Passport).
We have been unable to replicate this during further investigations. It is possible to complete the Final assessment outcome before the First assessment outcome; however this has no impact on final sign off.
