1. System updates. 00:03
The recent release was mainly for back end functionality for framework owners. It did include an update to the tracking system so that a learner's centre email is now viewable in addition to primary email. Since the release a hotfix has been applied to correct an issue preventing people adding their professional registration number during the registration process.
The next release in April will include the terminology changes for supervisor and nominated supervisor and improvements which will help learners identify a supervisor with the correct role permissions to perform final sign off.
2. What is the difference between the supervisor and nominated supervisor roles? 04:02
Supervisor - higher-level role; enrols learners onto self assessment, performs final sign off, and can also sign off individual competencies.
Nominated supervisor - signs off individual competencies only.
3. Identifiable data dashboards and training. 07:59
Once identifiable data dashboards are made available then a training recording will be produced to cover the use of these, similar to the format of the quarterly training session recordings.
4. How to view data on learner progress. 10:10
Individual progress on a learner can be viewed by adding the staff member to the staff list in the Supervise function. This can then be exported and viewed in Excel if required.
