-
These are the issues that were covered during the drop in session.
The session was recorded, timestamps for each section are listed so you can navigate straight to the part of the video that you require.
Video to follow.
1. Update on new support article available. 1:20
A new support article on self-enrolling for test self assessments is now available via the competency frameworks microsite.
2. A bug has been identified in self assessment reports. 2:37
The optional competency count in the reports is not always correct. This is currently under investigation by our developers and a fix will be implemented in due course.
3. Issue with email verification, preventing staff accessing competencies. 5:43
MFT staff are unable to verify their accounts after self-registering and having their registration approved. This issue was taken away for further investigation.
4. Is it possible to add local training or frameworks to DLS? 13:17
This is not possible at the moment but is under consideration for future development.
5. Issue with discrepancies in the self assessment reports. 18:22
This is a known issue linked to the bug in point 2 and is currently under investigation. A hot fix release will be implemented once this is resolved.
6. How to customise competencies on Healthcare Support Worker framework and make framework available to staff. 21:47
The framework is not customisable so staff are required to do all competencies. The clinical lead for the framework is the person to contact for further guidance around this.
Information was provided on how to configure registration prompts. Healthcare Support Worker is a non-clinical framework so depending on individual role configuration some supervisors may not have permission to sign off competences.
