• These are the issues that were covered during the drop in session.

  
  

  The September session was not recorded due to low attendance at the start of the meeting. Over the course of the meeting further people dropped in and the queries raised are below.
  

  
  

  1. Can organisations use DLS free of charge?

  Yes, DLS is completely free to use, with no costs for organisations or learners.

  2. How can we overcome organisational resistance to DLS?

  It is important to identify the specific reason for the resistance before trying to address it. TEL can offer support with this if needed, including conversations or communications with stakeholders. Recognising that DLS links with (and will merge into) Learning Hub to build confidence where there is resistance.

  3. Are there any important platform updates?

  The platform stability proof of concept has been successful. Further technical changes are planned for 18th September to improve stability and the learner experience.
