Moving trusts - what do I need to do? (Learner)

• If a learner is moving trusts and the new trust is also using the digital Framework then all that is needed is for the learner to register at the new centre in order for Framework progress to transfer with them.

  
  

  If the framework has previously been signed off it may be necessary to add additional optional competencies on transferring to a new centre. Once any additional optional competencies have been signed off by an Assessor then the framework needs to be re-submitted to an Educator/Manager for Final Sign Off to take place again.

  
  

  1. Go to My account

  
  

  2. Select Switch centre

   

  3. Select Register at a new centre

  

  
  

  4. Select your new centre from the drop down list and enter a centre email address (if desired). Select Next

  

  
  

  5. Complete the registration prompts as required and proceed to the Summary screen. Confirm all of your details are correct, then Submit

  

  
  

  6. Your registration is complete

  
  

  
  

  Your registration may need to be approved by a centre administrator before you can log in. You will receive an email at the address you registered with when your registration has been approved. Check your Junk folder if the email doesn't arrive.
