    • These are the issues that were covered during the drop in session.

The session was recorded, timestamps for each section are listed so you can navigate straight to the part of the video that you require.

      1. Why does a completed IV Passport show as ongoing after an internal transfer? 1.20

Additional proficiencies may have been added and not yet confirmed. Learners will need to make sure they check the outstanding proficiencies before submitting to a Supervisor for them to be confirmed.

      2. Why is renal replacement therapy affecting Step 1 certification in version 2? 6:51

There was an intentional change to include renal replacement therapy as mandatory rather than optional in version 2. CC3N can advise further on how to implement this in practice to enable certification.

      3. Does DLS Support colour overlays in terms of accessibility needs? 8:48

No immediate change is planned. However, examples will be shared with the team to inform future development.

      4. How can learners be removed from IV Therapy version 1? 12.17

This can be removed through Tracking System > Delegates > Delegate Activities if it is not started. Otherwise, assign version 2 and direct learners to it.

      5. How should a trust begin using a framework when they have an existing DLS IT Skills Pathways centre. 20:15

The existing centre manager needs to set up the clinical centre manager and also provide them with supervisor and nominated supervisor access. This will then allow them to enrol learners onto the framework. Further information is available via Initial centre setup.

      6. Will DLS change when it moves to Learning Hub. 28:26

It should look the same. In terms of functionality, we do not expect it to be different, but will have a new URL. This is currently in a maintenance phase while preparatory work for future migration to Learning Hub continues. No migration date has been confirmed and the move is not imminent.
