Where a learner needs to resubmit a competency there are two different options depending on whether or not the competency has already been signed off.
1. The competency hasn't been signed off by the nominated supervisor (assessor).
First the nominated supervisor needs to reject the confirmation request. Confirming or rejecting learners’ self-assessed achieved competencies : Digital Learning Solutions Support Portal
Then the learner needs to resend the rejected competency for confirmation, ensuring that any comments have been actioned first. Resending rejected competencies for re-confirmation
2. The competency has been signed off by the nominated supervisor (assessor) but the learner needs to evidence the skill again.
1. In the self-assessment the learner should select Review against the competency that needs to be evidenced again.
2. Change to Ongoing assessment and Submit.
3. Select the tick box and then select Confirm overwrite result.
4. It will show as updated to ongoing assessment. Select Review again.
5. Select Achieved, add any comments, then Submit.
6. This changes it back to Achieved (no confirmation).
7. The competency can then be submitted in the normal way. Self-assessing achievement of proficiencies : Digital Learning Solutions Support Portal
