A Supervisor has left - how does a learner change their Supervisor?

• If a Supervisor has left an organisation and a learner needs to obtain final sign-off for proficiencies this role may be taken over by another Supervisor

  
  

  There are two parts to this process:

  
  

  1. The learner removes the existing Supervisor via the Manage supervisors function as described in this support article Managing your Supervisors

  
  

  2. The new Supervisor adds the leaner to their staff list in the Supervisor Dashboard as described in this support article Adding delegates to your staff list

  
  

  The learner will now be able to request final sign-off for the self assessment as described in this support article Requesting final sign-off for proficiencies.
