- Unable to send final sign-off

Where a learner is unable to submit their self-assessment for final sign off this is usually due to 1 of 2 reasons.
1. The leaner has not had all of their competencies signed off, so the final sign off button doesn't appear at the bottom of the self assessment.
This can be identified by checking the Overall Progress; the number of confirmed competencies will be less than the total competencies e.g. 11/12.
The support articles on requesting competency confirmation and resending rejected competencies for re-confirmation should provide the information needed to rectify this scenario.
2. The learner does not have anyone in the supervisor (educator/manager) role on their supervise list.
This is identified when the button is selected to request final sign off and this message appears on the next screen.
The learner should select click here which will show the Manage Supervisors screen. The person that sign off is required from should be removed from the list by selecting Remove.
The learner should notify the person who is required to perform final sign-off that they have removed them.
The supervisor then views the leaner under their My staff list and selects Supervise against the appropriate self assessment.
Check the details are correct and that the expected supervisor role is on screen (supervisor or educator/manager, not nominated supervisor or assessor). Select Confirm.
The learner will then be able to submit for final sign-off.
