Self-registration - including approving/rejecting registrations

• 1. Share: Link with delegate to register (https://www.dls.nhs.uk/v2/Login)

  
  

  2. Once they have registered you will need to ‘Approve’

  
  

  Approval is not required if they have self-registered using a computer in their organisation, and the organisation’s IP address was linked during its setup as a DLS centre.

  
  

  3. Go to Centre dashboard (in Tracking System application)

  
  

  4. Select Delegates

  
  

  
  

  5. Select Approve registrations

  

  
  

  
  

  6. You are presented with any delegate registrations awaiting approval

  
  

  7. Select Accept or Reject as appropriate

  
  

  8. Alternatively Approve all

  
  

  
  

  To view more information about each delegate registration before accepting:

  
  

  1. Select Expand

  
  

  
  

  2. You can Accept or Reject as appropriate from this card or

  
  

  3. Select Collapse

  

  Delegates will receive an email to confirm their registration approval and can login using the credentials set up at self-registration.
