Function Roles with ability Register delegates onto the platform (note - this is only applicable to Trust admin roles, not HEIs)
Approve delegate self-registrations 

Promote delegates to Centre Administrator and Educator/Manager roles 
Promote delegates to Assessor 

Enrol Learners to proficiencies 
Self-assess achievement of proficiencies 
Request confirmation of self-assessed ‘achieved’ proficiencies 
Confirm Learners’ self-assessed ‘achieved’ proficiencies 
Perform final sign-off when all proficiencies are achieved by the Learner 
View and manage delegate profiles

Manage centre details on platform 

Access support (technical)
