      • 1st - Checking this user guide and other materials in your training package
      • 2nd - Raising a Support Ticket with the the NHS England Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) team team within the platform

      Raising a support ticket

      Only Clinical Centre Managers and Administrators have this functionality in the platform. These roles will need to raise tickets on behalf of their delegates.

      1. Go to Centre Dashboard (in Tracking System application)

      2. Select Support tickets

      3. Select Start

      4. Select Request type using the radar buttons

      5. On the next page complete the fields with the details of your problem or request

      Provide as as much information as you can to help us understand your query.

      9. Select Next

      10. If you wish to include any screenshots (this is optional) use Choose Files to add your screenshots then select Upload

      11. Once screenshots (if required) are uploaded select Next.

      12. Check the details of your request are correct then select Submit your request.

      13. An acknowledgement of your request will appear on screen.

      The support team will reply to your query via email.
