      2. Select Delegates

      3. Search For the delegate

      4. Select Expand to view the delegate registration card

      5. Select Manage delegate

      6. Select Deactivate account

      7.  The delegate card is now tagged as Inactive

      To reactivate the account:

      Video Transcript

In this video we are going to demonstrate how an administrator can reactivate an account that is deactivated. Select the Tracking System icon and then proceed to the delegates screen. In here, type the name of the delegate that you are looking for in the search box and change the status to inactive and then search for the person you were looking for. Expand their record and select Manage delegate. You can see here that the account is inactive and to reactivate the account we simply click Reactivate account button. You can see now that the account has been reactivated, there is now a deactivate account button and we also get the option to send the welcome e-mail again.

If you can't find your inactive delegate when searching, make sure you’re not filtering for Active delegates only (Click red Clear filters button).
